Raicers- Mario Kart meets F1 Manager

Raicers is an AI racing game where you configure your vehicle and driver strategy and compete against other players in tournaments across different 8 race tracks each with unique gameplay. I was part of this project from early prototyping through to production. I was responsible for several core gameplay systems including:

  • Vehicle physics
  • Vehicle AI
  • Vehicle customisation
  • Vehicle/Driver balance testing
  • Traction/Surface conditions
  • Environment optimization

Being part of the full journey of Raicers made it especially rewarding to see the game launch in May 2024.
